We believe your money is just that, your money so we do not do commission splits. Our fee structure is simple, a $300 transaction fee per closed property up to $1,500,000 and $500 transaction fee for all properties closed over $1,500,000 with a monthly fee of $100 due on the first day of every month. There is a $100 transaction fee on all leases and we do NOT allow property management services.
